PE is the most common plastic processing raw material. In addition to daily necessities, polyethylene (PE) pipes are also the main application direction. It is widely used in the fields of gas transportation, heating, water supply, agricultural irrigation, sewage discharge, mud and fine sand transportation and other fields. PE is polyethylene plastic, the most basic kind of plastic. Plastic bags, plastic wrap, etc. are all PE.
Internationally, polyethylene pipe materials are divided into five grades: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80, and PE100. The materials used for gas pipes and water supply pipes are mainly PE80 and PE100.
PE pipe specifications include:
PE pipe grade: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80, PE100
Standard size ratio (ratio of nominal outer diameter to nominal wall thickness): SDR26, SDR21, SDR17.6, SDR13.6, SDR11
Nominal pressure (MPa): 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6.
